FINNY FLOW’S POLICIES
HOURS: MONDAY 8-4, TUES/WED CLOSED (2nd job), THURS: FARM, FRIDAY 8-4, SAT/SUN: EVENTS.

DELIVIERIES: I currently only deliver to New Castle County, DE & Chester County, PA. Deliveries happen only on Fridays and Saturdays as I am a one woman show! I will do my best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of the day but I cannot guarantee it. Deliveries are $15 // you are always more than welcome to pop by the studio in newport to pick up your flowers!
Orders over $250- requires a 50% non-refundable deposit due on the spot with remainder due upon delivery.
EVENTS- finny can’t wait to celebrate you and your event but in order to secure your date you must put a non-refundable deposit down of 20% . the remaining 80% must be paid in full 30 days before the event takes place. No large changes can be made 30 days before the event. Any changes made after that may be charged a $100 rush fee.
WEDDING POLICIES
FINLEY’S FLOWERS will be the exclusive florist through the entire process and maintains the right to refuse any event/wedding and keep the entire deposit. if the customer cancels or violates the contract.
CONSULTATIONS: you will have up to 3 consultations (either via video or in person) with one of them being a walk through if needed. I recommend the last one being in person if possible! Any cancellations made within 72 hours of the consult date may incur a fee of $100 ( unless its an emergency)
COMMUNICATION: communication days are Mondays & Fridays 8-6pm and must be through email only to help stay organized! Finleysflowers67@gmail.com
